Thank you for your prayers while the APSDA Board/General meeting was held in Bangkok, Thailand, November 12-15, 2013. Participants came from 10 different countries. We were pleased to see the interest of so many Thai Deaf people who came to observe the meetings. A few workshops were also held. Of those, we want to highlight;

Mr. Jeff Lee from Wycliffe USA facilitated a workshop on organizational development. APSDA board members and representatives of member associations learned much, and are eager to see the growth of APSDA.

Mr. Yuki Yamada of SIL Global Sign Language Team shared the information on the current situation of SLBT in the world and new methods of translation.

This week long meeting and workshop was a full of learning and fellowship. On the last day of the week, APSDA hosted a Thai Deaf Stakeholders’ meeting. For more info, please click here.
